Attendance & Missed Lessons:
** For student’s missed or cancelled lessons there are no makeups, refunds or credits (except Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day).
We work to ensure the student is with the same teacher each week, however if the regularly scheduled teacher is unavailable, a qualified sub chosen by the instructor will be provided.
Students who need to change or cancel a lesson should consult the business office, not the instructor.
Lesson times are reserved for you each week and the teachers are paid whether you attend the appointment or not. All lesson fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Verbal communication to your teacher does not constitute a formal notice. Written (email) notice must be given 2 weeks in advance of your last planned attendance to prevent being charged a $50 early termination fee. Unused tuition fees are not refundable.
